I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. While working with Individuals, children, adolescents and their families for over 17 years, I have applied a variety of approaches to address issues such as trauma, anger, school issues, parenting and family issues and so much more.
Although therapy can be a scary experience for children, teens and some adults. I believe it should and can be a fun experience while changes are being made. Through a technique called play therapy I can incorporate activities that are playful while the therapeutic process is occurring. My mission is to empower individuals, strengthen relationships and Improve lives and help families grow together.
